Two of a Kind

The other night, Presley was putting in some tummy time when she found Easton’s bouncy soccer ball on the living room floor. Easton took notice and decided to take a break from running circles around the house and eating mini corn dogs. He ran and dug the other bouncy soccer ball out of his toy box and planted himself right next to her on the floor. I snapped these sweet pics.

PS. Thanks to my sweet mother-in-law who's the reason we have TWO of these soccer balls. Otherwise this post might have an entirely different topic!

My Little Herd- Second Edition- March 2014

I've been horribly pathetic about posting lately so I figured it was a good time for an update.....

Easton 2 Years (+2 months)

-Weighs 30 lbs and is 37" tall
-Talks all day long. Does. Not. Stop.
-Loves to be outside
-Is pretty organized- he likes to line up all his dinosaurs in a row, stack the baby food and sort his blocks
-Is a good helper. The other day Presley spit up and he went and got a rag and was cleaning it up before I noticed what happened
-Knows his shapes, colors and can count to ten on a good day
-Remembers everything and repeats everything
-Is as sweet as he is stubborn- and he's VERY sweet ;)

Presley 7 months

-Weighs 18.5 lbs and is 29" long
-Has four teeth
-Thinks Easton is the funniest person she's ever seen
-Is eating three meals a day. She doesn't like peas but seems to be okay with all other fruits and veggies
-She'll scoot along to get to something she really wants but isn't yet crawling. She also doesn't sit up all by herself yet nor does she have much interest in doing so. Chris has affectionately nicknamed her "Lazy Buns"
-Is a mama's girl, but I'm sure that'll change once she realizes that her daddy will never be able to say no to her about anything
-Likes to be held and toted around everywhere, but who doesn't?
